SealDeal works inside the Salesforce you already run. It reads your Contacts, Leads, Accounts and Opportunities, works out the next step on each deal from the evidence, and writes it back onto the Opportunity with a win probability and a health read. On every plan, Free included.
| The deal digest | Win probability, deal health (healthy, watch or at risk), the next step and when it was last updated, written hourly into four SealDeal fields on each Opportunity, once SealDeal reads your pipeline (Coexist or Salesforce owns). |
| Next steps as Tasks | Each open next step becomes an open Salesforce Task, and it is marked Completed when the step is resolved in SealDeal. Also in the Coexist and Salesforce-owns modes. |
| Every email | Sent emails and the replies to them are logged as email Tasks on the person. A reply, a booked meeting or an inbound lead becomes an open Task for the rep who owns it. |
| Opportunities and stages | A deal created in SealDeal is created as an Opportunity, and a stage move in SealDeal updates its stage, using the stage map you set. |
| New people, if you want them | Off by default. Turn it on and a person who replies, books a meeting or comes in through your form is created as a Lead or as a Contact, your choice. |
| Qualification, if you want it | Turn it on and the BANT or MEDDPICC fields are written into SealDeal qualification fields on the Opportunity. |
| Contacts and Leads | Every 10 minutes, matched by email, with the fields you map. Converted Leads are skipped, and when a Contact and a Lead share an email the Contact wins. |
| Accounts and Opportunities | Every 15 minutes once you choose Coexist or Salesforce owns the pipeline, with the contact roles and the Tasks and Events logged on them (and email bodies, where your org has Enhanced Email), so the next step is worked out from the whole history. Matched on the Salesforce Id, so a rerun updates instead of duplicating. |
| Connect | An admin signs in to Salesforce from Admin, Integrations, Salesforce. Contact and Opportunity field maps and a stage map are created for you. |
| Choose who owns the pipeline | Coexist reads your Opportunities in and writes the digest back, which is the usual choice. Or let Salesforce own the pipeline, or have SealDeal own it and push deals up one way. |
| Add four fields | Your Salesforce admin creates the four SealDeal digest fields on Opportunity. SealDeal does not ask for the Modify All Data permission that creating fields would need, so it never changes your schema. |
| Run the check | The setup page checks each field, field-level edit access and Task write access, and tells you exactly what is missing before anything is written. |
Next steps arrive as Salesforce Tasks. Replies, bookings and deals at risk post to the Slack, Teams or Telegram channel you choose, and a draft can be approved from the message itself. By default nothing is sent until a person approves it.
No. Salesforce stays your system of record. SealDeal reads your Contacts, Leads, Accounts and Opportunities, works out the next step on each deal, and writes it back onto the Opportunity, so a rep who never opens SealDeal still sees it.
Every plan, Free included: contact and lead sync, the Account and Opportunity import, Opportunity push, Task write-back and the digest. The intelligence itself, such as a deal review, is measured in actions.
Creating fields in Salesforce needs Modify All Data, and a sales tool should not hold that over your org. Your admin adds four fields once, and the setup page confirms each one and the edit access to it.
The digest goes only into the four SealDeal fields, and SealDeal never reads them back. When a deal is created or moved in SealDeal, it sets that Opportunity's name, amount, close date and stage. Contact fields change only if you map them outbound. The qualification fields are off until you turn them on, and once on, SealDeal is their source. Other fields are left alone.
No. Contacts and Leads are read every 10 minutes, Opportunities every 15, and what SealDeal writes back goes out hourly. A deal created or moved in SealDeal is pushed when it happens.
Professional Edition works when your org has Salesforce API access, which the setup check detects. Connecting a sandbox org is not a self-serve option today; ask us.
Yes. Next steps arrive as Salesforce Tasks, and from Slack, Microsoft Teams or Telegram a rep can approve a draft, move a deal or mark a next step done by typing a command or tapping a button.
