SealDeal works inside the HubSpot you already run. It reads your contacts, companies and deals, works out the next step on each deal from the evidence, and writes it back onto the HubSpot record with a win probability and a health read. On every plan, Free included.
| The deal digest | Win probability, deal health (healthy, watch or at risk), the next step and when it was last updated, written hourly into four SealDeal properties on each deal. |
| Next steps as tasks | Each open next step becomes an open HubSpot task on the deal or contact, so it shows in the queue your reps already work from. |
| Every email | Sent emails and the replies to them are logged on the contact as HubSpot email activity. Replies, meetings and deal events are added as notes. |
| Deals and stages | A deal created in SealDeal is created in HubSpot, and a stage move in SealDeal updates the HubSpot deal. |
| Qualification, if you want it | Turn it on and the BANT or MEDDPICC fields are written into SealDeal qualification properties on the deal. |
| Contacts | In real time as they are created, changed or deleted, with a full pass every 10 minutes. A contact HubSpot marks as SQL, opportunity or customer is paused from outreach. |
| Companies and deals | Imported every 15 minutes with the emails, notes, calls and meetings logged on each deal, so the next step is worked out from the whole history. |
Next steps arrive as HubSpot tasks. Replies, bookings and deal changes post to the Slack or Teams channel you choose, and a draft can be approved or rejected from the message itself. By default nothing is sent until a person approves it.
No. HubSpot stays your system of record. SealDeal reads your contacts, companies and deals, works out the next step, and writes what it found back onto the HubSpot record, so a rep who never opens SealDeal still sees it.
Every plan, Free included: contact sync, the company and deal import, deal push and the digest. The intelligence itself, such as a deal review, is measured in actions. Salesforce sync is on the Enterprise plan.
No. Records are matched on the HubSpot record id, so running the import again updates what is there instead of adding copies.
The digest goes only into four SealDeal properties that an admin adds once, and SealDeal never reads them back. When a deal is created or moved in SealDeal, it sets that HubSpot deal's name, amount, close date, stage and pipeline. The qualification properties are off until you turn them on, and once on, SealDeal is their source: an edit made to them in HubSpot is replaced on the next write. Other HubSpot fields are left alone.
An admin connects HubSpot from Admin, Integrations, HubSpot. The setup page checks for the four digest properties and says which are missing; the qualification properties can be created from the same page.
Yes, from Slack or Microsoft Teams: approve or reject a draft, act on a next step, or draft a reply from the message itself (editing a draft in place works in Slack). Next steps also arrive as HubSpot tasks.
