What is an action?+

The unit every plan is measured in. A researched prospect is 10: we check the address, read the company, write the first email from a cited fact and hold it for your approval. A deal review is 5: the next step on a deal, with its reasons, once you act on it. A questionnaire answer is 1. Asking the business a question costs nothing.

What am I charged for a prospect we never email?+

Nothing. A prospect is charged only when its first email clears: a verified address, a cited fact about that company, and our checks. No fact, no charge. A bounce gives the actions back.

What if I research a company without emailing it?+

A researched company with no email is 4 actions. The 10 for a researched prospect already includes its research.

What happens when I run out?+

Nothing breaks and nothing auto-charges. New research waits, cards stop being generated, and everything already written can still be edited, approved and sent. Add actions on Billing and the queue picks up where it left off.

Is Free really free?+

Yes, with no card and no time limit. Three hundred actions, once, for a work email address. They never expire and never reset.

Do you sell contact data?+

Never. You bring your own list, or connect the CRM you already run. We charge for the research and the writing on the contacts you give us; that is the whole model.
