One AI action is one unit of intelligence work: a next-best-action, a lead qualification, a deal insight, or a forecast (briefing or ask), each counted as 1 action. Meeting-transcript extraction counts as 5, since it's a heavier pass. Actions are pooled across your team, renew with your billing period, and don't roll over. Need more mid-cycle? Buy an action pack anytime; nothing auto-charges. Premium AI models, when enabled for your team, burn actions at a published multiplier, shown on your Usage page.

An outreach email does not also debit an AI action: AI actions meter the in-CRM intelligence layer (NBA, qualification, insights, forecast), a separate pool. No double-charge.
