Security questionnaires and RFPs, drafted from your own policies, product documents and past approved answers. Every answer shows the passage it came from. Anything your documents do not cover is left blank for you, and anything that commits you to terms is left for someone who can commit.
On every plan, Free included. Try it on the last questionnaire you answered by hand, and compare.
Yes. Customer data is encrypted at rest with AES-2561, and encryption keys are rotated every 90 days2.
No documents matched this question.
Left blank for youAsks you to commit to terms, so it is never answered automatically.
Left for someone who can commitSecurity policies, past questionnaires, product documents. An admin uploads them: PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CSV, Markdown or plain text, up to 300 documents. It does not crawl your website.
The buyer's spreadsheet or Word file, as it arrived, up to 500 questions. It finds the questions and keeps track of where each one sits in the file.
An answer you approved before is reused with its sources, at no cost. The rest are drafted with up to four sources each, then checked against those sources; an answer they do not support is withheld.
Each answer waits for approval. Approved answers go into the buyer's own spreadsheet, next to each question, and into your library for next time.
Indemnity, liability, audit rights, notification deadlines, price changes: a question that asks you to promise something is never answered automatically, even when your documents mention the topic. It is left for someone who can commit.
A question nothing covers comes back blank, with the reason. Record the certifications you hold and the ones you do not, and it can answer no as plainly as yes.
A Word questionnaire is read and answered the same way, but the approved answers come back as a separate spreadsheet. Spreadsheets go back as the buyer's own file.
You export the file and send it yourself. Nothing reaches the buyer that a person has not approved.
Each deal has a pre-sales tab. Everything on it is drafted from your own material and waits for a person.
It drafts from the discovery you recorded and your documents, and declines to draft at all when discovery is thin or a figure has no source. It never writes pricing.
A competitor appears only if your own notes or documents name it, alongside the themes from deals you won and lost against them.
A recap email drafted from your meeting notes, sent only once you approve it. The risk list is plain arithmetic on what the deal already holds, with no model involved.
It is the same workspace as SealDeal's outbound and pipeline, so a questionnaire sits on the deal it belongs to. See pricing for what each plan includes.
Something missing? Write to hello@sealdeal.ai. A person reads it, usually the same day.
Yes. Questionnaire answering is on every plan, Free included, with no card and no time limit. It draws on the same AI actions as the rest of the workspace: Free includes 100 a month, plus 1,000 in your first month. A batch of ten questions uses two, and an answer reused from your library uses none, so a 60-question questionnaire uses at most 12, fewer as the library grows.
It leaves the answer blank and says why, for example that nothing in the knowledge base or the answer library covers it. It does not fill the gap with a plausible sentence. A question that asks you to commit to terms, such as indemnity, audit rights or a notification deadline, is never answered automatically, even when your documents mention the topic; it is left for someone who can commit.
For a spreadsheet, yes: approved answers are written into the original .xlsx or .csv, next to each question, so the buyer gets their own template back. A Word questionnaire is read the same way, but its answers come back as a separate spreadsheet, because we cannot yet write into a Word file.
A chatbot answers from whatever it learned in training and sounds equally sure either way. This answers only from the documents you uploaded and the answers you approved before, shows the passage behind each answer, withholds what those passages do not support, and never answers a commitment for you. Nothing reaches the buyer until someone approves it.
When a proposal team answers RFPs all year and needs content owners across departments, assignment workflows and approvals by section. Those tools are built for that and are sold on annual contracts. SealDeal is built for the team where the founder, the CTO or one sales engineer answers questionnaires between other work.
Free for two seats, no card. Upload your policies and the questionnaire, then read what it drafted, what it left blank and what it sent back to you.
