Run your sales day from Slack, Teams or Telegram.

Approve the drafts, move the deals, clear the next steps and answer the RFP without opening another tab. Type a command or tap the button under an alert; SealDeal runs it on the same records as the web app, with the same rules about who can do what.

How it works

  • Commands, not prompts. Type deals, move Acme to proposal or approve in a DM to the SealDeal bot, mention it in a channel, or use /outbound in Slack. Commands run directly, with no AI model and no credits.
  • Buttons under every row. A draft carries Approve and Reject, a next step carries Done and Snooze, a reply carries Draft reply. A tap runs the same command as typing it.
  • Confirm before anything that counts. Sending, enrolling, moving a deal, suppressing an address and anything that uses AI shows Confirm and Cancel first.
  • Questions too. Ask in plain English, such as “which commit deals have not heard from the buyer in two weeks?”, and the assistant answers from your pipeline.

Who can do what

Chat permissions by role
RepReads and changes their own contacts, deals and next steps. Logs, notes, moves and enrolls, and drafts replies to their own contacts. Cannot approve or send drafts, or change a deal's owner.
Manager, admin or ownerEverything a rep can, across the team, plus approve, reject and send drafts, draft replies for anyone, and reassign deals.
ViewerReads, including the forecast, the team view and at-risk deals. Never writes.

Setting it up

Setup for each chat app
SlackAn admin clicks Connect on Admin, Integrations, Slack and approves the app. People are matched to their SealDeal seat by email, and the rest can be mapped by hand.
Microsoft TeamsAn admin downloads the SealDeal app package, uploads it to Teams and links it with a one-time code. Each rep then links themselves with one tap, or the admin maps the team roster.
TelegramAn admin creates a bot with BotFather and pastes its token. The bot is yours; SealDeal never shares one across customers. Each person links with a one-time link.

Common questions

Do commands use AI credits?+

No. A message that starts with a command word runs that command directly, with no AI model in the loop. Only commands that write something new, such as regenerating a draft or answering an RFP, use AI, and those ask you to confirm first. A plain question, such as "which deals slipped this month?", goes to the assistant instead.

Can something send by accident from chat?+

No. Anything that sends, uses AI or is hard to undo, such as enrolling a contact, moving a deal or suppressing an address, shows a Confirm and Cancel step, and only the person who asked can confirm it. Nothing goes to a prospect until a draft is approved.

Which plan is it on?+

Slack, Microsoft Teams and Telegram are on every plan, Free included, and so are the typed commands.

Can I choose which alerts go where?+

Yes. An admin ticks, for each event, whether it goes to Slack, Teams, Telegram, your CRM or a webhook, and can send each event to its own channel or chat.

What can I not do from chat?+

Account setup stays in the web app: uploading a contact list, billing, roles and connecting integrations. Uploading an RFP file works in Slack only.
